Information only
Content on the Site, including the tile guide and the tile calculator, is general information. Calculator results are estimates only; actual quantities depend on layout, tile size, cuts and site conditions and are confirmed during your on-site estimate.
Estimates and contracts
Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract. Prices, scope, schedule, warranty and payment terms are set only in a written estimate or agreement signed by you and Melo Tile Services LLC.
Project photos
Photos on the Site show work performed by Melo Tile Services. Tile colors and finishes may look different on screen. All photos, text, graphics and the Melo Tile name and logo are owned by or licensed to Melo Tile Services LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
Reviews
Customer review excerpts are quoted from third-party platforms. Ratings may change over time on those platforms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including sending spam or false information through the forms, attempting to access non-public areas, or interfering with its security or operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Melo Tile Services LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits any warranty provided in a signed project agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
