This Privacy Policy explains how Melo Tile Services LLC (“Melo Tile,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through melotilesservices.com (the “Site”). We are a tile installation and bathroom renovation contractor based in Palm Bay, Florida.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you request an estimate or use the chat assistant, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, project type, timeline, approximate size and any details you write.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the Site running. We use your IP address briefly to limit spam submissions.
- Cookies: the Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store your light/dark theme choice in your own browser (local storage); it never leaves your device. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule a visit and prepare your estimate.
- To contact you by phone call, text message or email about your project, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
- To protect the Site against spam, fraud and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or consent to receive text messages with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and consent, we may send texts about your estimate and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Who we share it with
Your request is delivered by email to our business inbox and to our website/marketing administrator, who helps us manage incoming requests. We also rely on our web hosting and email providers to operate the Site. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to serve you and keep business records, generally no longer than 3 years after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS, form submissions are sent from our own server over an authenticated, encrypted email connection, and we apply security headers and spam protection. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us, or stop contacting you, by emailing melotilesservices@gmail.com or calling (321) 467-3567. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
The Site links to review platforms and social networks (Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, Angi, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
